CHALLENGE:
Fiserv,
a world leader in contact management and CRM products and services for
financial institutions, needed to define a new division which combined
several business units that represented an innovative set of solutions
for an integrated service offering. The problem was complicated by the
absence of a clear definition of the new product offering and the lack
of messages and materials to present.
SOLUTION:
Droz created
a project team to conceptualize a new product architecture that integrated
both existing and new offerings. We created the message, product descriptions
and an integrated system for presenting materials. In addition, we developed
a selling system, proposal formats and training protocols for facilitating
a transition for the sales force.
RESULT:
As a result of the
selling and prospecting system, appointments and commitments were confirmed
above projected goals. The product line was effectively packaged in time
for several important presentations which led to proposals being presented
and accepted.
